Project Overview

This project involved the installation of 14 internal steel fire doors, fully tested and certified to BS EN 1634-1 fire resistance standards. The works took place at a food production facility, where the client required specialist, hygienic fire-rated doors to meet both fire safety and industry compliance standards.

Our team took over the project from a previous contractor, with some doors already supplied on site. We completed the initial installation of these doors and worked closely with the client to ensure all products were correctly fitted, sealed, and certified to the required standard.

Client Confidence & Continued Partnership

Following our successful installation, the client placed additional orders for further fire doors, demonstrating their confidence in our workmanship, communication, and commitment to high-quality standards.

This project showcases our ability to take over partially completed installations, ensuring full compliance, safety, and seamless delivery — even in complex or specialised environments like food production facilities.

Outcome

The result was a compliant, efficient, and durable fire door solution tailored to the client’s operational needs. Improving both fire safety and hygiene standards across the site.
